Fees and Payment

• Fees for visa consulting and urgent appointment bookings are non-refundable.
• Appointment booking charges are separate from embassy visa fees and may be adjusted anytime.
• Cyprus Visa reserves the right to refuse cases, terminate agreements, and update charges without prior notice.

Cancellation Regulations

• Customers can terminate agreements anytime, but fees for efforts made are non-refundable.
• Express service requests may not be refundable after contract completion.
• The cooling-off period for distance contracts is 14 days, but nominal charges may apply.
